MOON VISITS

Between 1969 and 1972 twelve astronauts walked on the surface of the moon - not all at once as I'm sure you knew, but in groups of two over six missions.

Back on Earth, all we ever saw was black and white TV footage of them floundering around in clumsy spacesuits picking up rocks... more often comically falling over in a flurry of moon-dust.

As you can imagine, it costs billions of pounds to send just one mission to the Moon. Yet we went to the moon six times in three years... surely not just to study moon rocks !

Then suddenly and for no apparent reason, the visits to the moon stopped. At the time, there was no real reason given why. Could it be we were warned away? Is there something on the moon we have not been told about?

The Apollo astronauts have never spoken of what they really saw on the moon. It is quite possible something odd may have happened on that 6th visit, as we have not been back there since 1972.

Perhaps they found one of the Lunartics' "secret" entrances to the interior of the moon... most unlikely yet you never know.

It was announced in 2005 that there is to be a mission to the moon, but not for another fifteen years’ time. Obviously we're going there to meet the Lunartics !

What possible other reason could there be to go back to the moon after all this time ?
