INTO THE MOON

Throughout the galaxy, it is a well known fact that one of the Moons in what we call “The Solar System” contains a moon that is not all it appears to be. The Lunartics were desperately keen to find this moon; firstly as they needed a new place to live. There were other reasons too – it was crucial that the Lunartics reached the moon before we ever did. Thankfully they did get there before us, just. Despite our six visits to the moon we neither discovered one of the moon’s greatest secrets nor that the Lunartics were safely hidden away deep in their secret cavern beneath the lunar surface...

The lone Lunark flies into the moon through one of only seven special craters. As you can see, a Lunark resembles two giant onions that have been joined together. Incidentally, this is where the word UFO originally came from - Ultimate Flying Onions.

They have other spaceships too. Just for a laugh they occasionally send some of these ships to float over Earth... ships that look like giant Jaffa cakes (minus the orange jam and chocolate of course) that have become affectionately known as “flying saucers”. Who knows, the Lunartics may even one day send huge teacup shaped spaceships, followed by sugar lumps hopefully... oh and not forgetting a spoon
