Orders to destinations in the UK will be sent first class via Royal Mail
Orders to destinations in the Europe and the rest of the world (RoW) will be sent via Royal Mail or by courier.
All orders are processed as soon as possible, and we aim to dispatch items in stock within 4 working days of the order date.
Orders may be dispatched in more than one package
Returned Goods
Unwanted goods may be returned within 30 days if the items are unused and in their original packaging. The cost of returning the item(s) is at the purchaser's expense, and must include the returns form included in the package. A full refund will be issued when the unwanted item(s) have been received.
Please note: when returning goods in the UK please obtain a certificate of posting which is provided free on request by the Royal Mail, or send via recorded delivery. Lunartics Ltd cannot be held responsible for goods that do not arrive.

Faulty/damaged items
Faulty or damaged items will be replaced free of charge and any returns postage incurred will be refunded.
Non-arrival of order
On rare occasions an order may be lost in transit. Please allow 10 days for the package to arrive from the date of despatch. If this time elapses and the goods do not arrive, please contact your local post office to check that no goods are being held. In the unlikely event that the package is not being held, please contact us to arrange a replacement.
Please be aware that if we are not contacted within 21 days, an insurance claim cannot be made and thus the customer will be unable to claim any loss.
